Adults aged 18 and over. We’re opening first in Texas, and care in other states is coming soon. The practice’s physicians can only care for you in a state where they’re licensed, so you need to be in a state we serve at the time of your visit.
Screening guidelines change with age. For example, the American Diabetes Association recommends diabetes screening by 35, and prostate screening becomes a conversation in your 40s and 50s. Your age is where your plan starts; your history can add or remove tests.

Yes, FDA-approved GLP-1 medicines, when your doctor decides they’re appropriate for you. Every prescription comes after a video visit and a review of your health and blood work. Not everyone is a good fit, and your doctor explains the options, the risks and the full cost before you start.

Often, yes. If your plan includes a fasting test such as cholesterol or glucose, have nothing but water for 8–12 hours before your draw. A morning appointment makes it easy, and the practice sends you the instructions.
Most results are back from Quest within two business days. Your physician reviews them before you see them.
Your physician writes a note explaining it, then goes over it with you on a video call within 3 business days, included in the price. If a result needs urgent attention, they call you before releasing it.
Not at launch: care is self-pay at the price shown. Many people pay for physician-ordered lab tests with an HSA or FSA card; check with your plan.
